Derest Haven began a year ago with a single 1BHK in Goa and a simple bet: owners want rental income without the second job that comes with it. So we lease the apartment directly, style and furnish it ourselves, and run it as a fully hosted Airbnb — guest messages, cleaning, check-ins, the lot.

Twelve months on, we run every home the same way we ran the first: closely, personally, and on a profit-share — the better a home performs, the more its owner earns alongside us. We're not trying to be the biggest name in Goa's short-stay scene; we're trying to be the one owners actually trust with their front door key.
